Important Hire Information

Grass Set-Up Requirement

For the safety and stability of our marquees, they must be set up on grass. This not only ensures the best experience for your guests but also helps maintain the condition of our equipment.

Liability for Damage

As the hirer, you are responsible for any damage to the marquee during the hire period.

Additional Charges

For events located outside of Darlington, additional charges apply to cover extra travel costs. Our pricing is transparent and designed to offer excellent value for money.

Lilac poles - 15x15ft 

Green poles - 12x12ft
